Major Sajid Hussain Shah Retd
Major Sajid (Retd.) is the Founder and Master Coach of Shaheen Archery, established in 2016 with a clear mission: to build disciplined, confident, and technically sound archers in Pakistan.
As a retired Army officer who served on elite instructional appointments, training cadets and young officers, he brings a rare combination of military precision, leadership, and structured coaching to the sport. His approach to archery is methodical and performance-driven focused on strong fundamentals, mental resilience, and steady progression for every athlete, from beginner to competitive level.
Under his leadership, Shaheen Archery has developed into a structured training academy and competitive community where athletes are prepared not only for personal improvement but for participation in national and international tournaments, and for selection pathways into recognized archery teams and national-level organizations.
